Food For Thought!

Do you know how much water you specifically should drink a day?

O.k. Take your weight n divide it by 1/2. Now add an oz. after that n that's how many ounces your body needs!

After all we are 70-80% water ourselves...I like water especially when the sun glisens off of it in the afternoon and under the
... moonlight......awwwww we're having a moment together :-)
