Amgen 'Tour Of California' with HERBALIFE 24
At the Amgen 'Tour Of California' on Sat. 5/21/11 with Herbalife 24! It's the new line of all natural top of the line sports endurance products for the 24 hour athlete.
It was really fun since I've never done anything like this before and it was great being at Mt. Baldy. It felt like I was back home in Lake Tahoe......ahhh the Mountains and the Mountain air. There's nothing like it, someone even had a fire going. I love the smell of wood burning in a fire place.
Super fun day and people really noticed the difference of how well Prolong worked for them while they were cycling.
I was chosen to be on the Beta Testing team for Herbalife 24 too, I feel so lucky! I can't tell you how much easier skating and working out are. I can go 2 hours longer with out feeling fatigued, I love the hydrate, and I'm toned in new places I've never been before. Great nutrition is so easy when it's done right and Herbalife for sure figured it out, I wish I found it 10 years ago but better late than never.

Ultimate Boarder - Surf, Skate, Snow Triathalon
The 4th year of the Ultimate Boarder is in the can! First was snowboarding, then surfing and it's 3rd and final stop was in Cardiff-by-the-Sea with amazing skateboarding going off all day long!
I was the on-site Host for the day interviewing the athletes, along with commentators Jesse Fritsch and Brad J. And live announcer Sergie Ventura on the Mic keeping the crowd fired up!
The results are in and footage will be up here at ULTIMATE BOARDER.COM Chad Shetler just won for the 3rd time in a row and walked home $25,000 richer!!

Here's to a new day....L.A.!
Living in L.A. has led me to wearing multiple hats in my life. Life was simple as a professional skateboarder and then I started a clothing company in 2006 to inspire and empower the next generation of girls in action sports. We co-branded tops with Warner Bros. and Supergirl for 3 different Supergirl events, had distribution with VK Skate California's largest Distribution Company and had a rockin' team of World Cup female skateboarders.
Since the retail market took a big hit, my beloved clothing company SK8*GRL is now hibernating and awaiting to awaken as a bigger and better line of clothes to reach and inspire all girls. A TV series is written and ready to be put into the right hands and possibly be the next big hit for the youth looking for new and exciting entertainment.
As a TV Host in Action Sports and now getting more involved in the entertainment world, my eyes have opened to a whole new view of reality. I love acting and understanding myself better. Embracing different points of view, relationships, behaviors, and reactions. Exploring different parts of oneself helps to open up the soul to more empathy and love. I was very grateful to receive my SAG card for booking some featured parts on TV and a National Commercial. I am loving my adventure as a performer everyday and am really excited about growing and doing lots more work as a performer!
Battling chronic back pain, neck pain and knee pain from 18 years of skating and snowboarding had become something that I just thought was a normal part of life. When I first moved to L.A. I came across Health Coaching and Cellular Nutrition. After only 2 weeks on my nutrition program my physical pain was not there anymore. I didn't need to take ibuprofen all day long anymore. I, for the first time in well over 10 years, was pain free. My knees still make a lot of noise going up the stairs but no more pain. I improved my physique and lowered my body fat when I was eating organic everything before and thought I was very healthy. Sometimes you don't know how much better you can feel till you do. What a concept, I didn't have to live with pain the rest of my life.
I was so excited about how much better I felt and saw the amazing results of others, that now one of my hats is as a Health & Nutrition Coach. I get to help others look and feel their best! Nutrition Education and eating right makes all the difference in the world.
I want to share some awesome health results photos below here with you from coaches and clients at my Nutrition Club. Giving really is the best reward, especially when the reward is so life changing.
