Exercise Tip of the Day!

This good for everyone in every way! You can do this sitting in the office, driving the car, watching a movie, or wherever you are......

Squeeze your left butt cheek, then squeeze the right cheek.....go back and forth & count to 100...do another rep for added FIRMNESS! Smile as most people will have no clue what you're doing but your butt will be smiling with you :-)


.....and your significant other or others around town won't be able to get enough of your rock hard Gluteus Maximus!

You can do this sitting, standing or walking.....no animals were hurt testing this theory! Have fun and always be butt ready for summer!!
